Here's a little preview of a project I'm working on for the Burning Man theme 'Metropolis'

These are buildings rendered in OpenGL with simple textures. Runs pretty much at 60fps.

    hi jonny-
    gabriel wants to know if you have finished your touch screen. he has been busy trying to take apart the vacuum cleaner today, but he needs a torque screw driver (?). reminds me of you at that age. i want to know how you are doing.

    Yeah my touch screen is done... there are pictures of it if you click on "older posts" at the bottom of the page. I'm not doing much with it right now because I am developing some stuff for an installation I am doing next week.

    He probably needs whats called a "torx" driver. It is a star pattern head like a phillips but with 6 points instead of 4. You can find them at any decent hardware store.

    Careful with that vacuum cleaner tho... that's high voltage high power stuff... yeesh I sound like Grandpa.
